Fachai Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Terms of Use

In this Fachai Terms & Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated below, unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing or using the Fachai platform in any way — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game — you expressly agree to all terms and conditions contained in this document, together with Fachai's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement.

If you are using the Fachai platform on behalf of another entity (a company, organisation, etc.), you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. Fachai reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Fachai platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

• You must be an individual (not a bot, automated script, or non-human entity) registering and using the account solely for personal entertainment purposes.
• You may only register one account only. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without a refund of funds.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or playing ban issued by any relevant authority at the time of registration.

Registering an account on Fachai is completely free with no charges whatsoever. • A Fachai account is personal and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other party under any circumstances.
• Players are prohibited from using their Fachai account for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• All registered phone numbers must be active Malaysian numbers belonging to the player.
• Fachai reserves the right to suspend or close any account suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity, bot usage, or terms violations without prior notice.

Fachai supports a wide range of local Malaysian deposit and withdrawal methods for players' convenience. All financial transactions on Fachai are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Foreign currencies are not accepted.

Accepted methods: DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and all listed Malaysian banks). All other methods not explicitly listed on the Fachai platform are not accepted.

• Minimum deposit: RM10 for all payment methods.
• Maximum deposit: Varies by payment method and VIP tier. Check the deposit page within the platform for the latest limits.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM20 for all methods.
• Withdrawal processing time: Under 3 minutes for most methods during normal operating hours.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified Malaysian bank account belonging to the player.
• Fachai reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for security review or KYC compliance purposes without prior notice. In such cases, players will be informed and asked to submit the required documents.
• Any deposit made through a third party or from an unauthorised funding source will be declined and returned to the original source.

• Live blackjack and baccarat tables use real physical cards dealt by professional dealers on camera.
• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed except in cases of clear and demonstrable technical error.
• In the event of an internet disconnection during gameplay, Fachai applies a fair "bet settlement" policy — any active bets at the time of disconnection will be settled based on the actual outcome of the game.
• The use of any automation software, bots, or third-party tools to play is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
• Bets placed after the cut-off time for a football or e-sports event will be automatically voided and the stake returned.

Fachai reserves the right to suspend or close any player's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Fachai is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Fachai is not liable for any losses resulting from an internet connection failure on the player's end, disruptions from the player's internet service provider, or failure of the device used by the player.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect game outcome being credited, Fachai reserves the right to rectify the error regardless of whether the player has already withdrawn the relevant funds.
• Fachai's maximum total liability to any player under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Fachai reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time in response to operational requirements, legal changes, or platform improvements.
